About the role
- Ministry Administrator working with ShareWord Global to manage data and efficiency in Latin America and Middle East projects. Collaborating worldwide to enhance evangelism efforts while maintaining organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Proactively review internal processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and risk management improvements.
- Draft impactful collateral, such as reports and updates on ministry efforts in Latin America and the Middle East, to support Marketing, Communications, and Development initiatives.
- Conduct quality control on impact stories from Latin America and the Middle East to ensure they effectively meet organizational needs.
- Develop short-term ministry tactic plans, as directed, for projects in Latin America and the Middle East.
- Collaborate with teams worldwide to clean church partner data from Joomla and prepare agreed-upon datasets for migration into Power BI.
- Ensure accurate and ongoing reporting and maintenance of church partner data post-migration.
- Maintain an accurate Latin America and Middle East Team Drive filing system, ensuring proper record-keeping and tracking of original contracts, deadlines, and signatures, as well as all necessary follow-up documentation (e.g., Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or contracts).
- Submit purchase order requests (via quotes) and invoices to Finance for timely remittance.
- Maintain and manage Raiser’s Edge for ministry department data, including GO Trip events, running reports, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing materials, agendas, itineraries, and presentations for ministry team meetings, trips, and partner meetings.
Requirements
- 4 years’ experience or greater in administration and/or project management
- Exceptional command of English, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Knowledge of project and event coordination and administration
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in managing and coordinating details
- Experience working with/in churches and denominations
- A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Apple products (Google Drive, MS Word and Excel)
- Experience with Blackbaud and Raisers Edge products
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-departmental team
