About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth handling of all user requests
  • Installation, configuration and administration of IT endpoints and devices
  • Central point of contact for internal staff
  • Professional incident intake for software and hardware issues
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents
  • Acceptance and implementation of service requests and changes
  • Documentation of resolution steps
  • Support for IT projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or an equivalent IT-related qualification
  • Strong administration skills in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows Server/Exchange
  • Knowledge of PC and server hardware
  • Logical-analytical thinking and the ability to think across processes
  • Structured and methodical working style for managing own projects
  • Discretion, reliability, self-organization and a quick grasp
  • English language skills advantageous
