Responsibilities

Handle system administration tasks in Microsoft and Linux environments
Requirements
Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification
At least 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — particularly client and server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solution-oriented and service-minded approach to work
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and interacting with customers
Independent, flexible, and reliable working style
High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty
Quick to grasp new topics and strong identification with the role
Languages: German: at least C1 level
English: at least B2 level
Education: Completed IT degree or an equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory)
