About the role
- Lead a team of IT technicians in Munich for a technology partner company. Provide support and develop IT infrastructure while overseeing operations and project leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of IT technicians
- Oversee team operations, tasks, and performance
- Provide IT support to customers — both remotely and on-site
- Act as the technical project lead for assigned clients
- Advise, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects
- Handle system administration tasks in Microsoft and Linux environments
Requirements
- Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — particularly client and server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented and service-minded approach to work
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and interacting with customers
- Independent, flexible, and reliable working style
- High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty
- Quick to grasp new topics and strong identification with the role
- Languages: German: at least C1 level
- English: at least B2 level
