About the role
- Senior EUC Engineer overseeing Laptop rollout project for Severn Trent Water. Engaging in compliance, support, operations, and improving IT systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with security and software standards
- Assist users with migration and setup
- Troubleshoot issues during the rollout
- Engage in EUC operations, troubleshooting, and enhancements following ITIL standards and principles
- Collaborate with various stakeholders & provide technology expertise
- Seek improvements in processes by understanding business drivers and IT systems
Requirements
- Substantial interpersonal and technical skills
- Ability to work under considerable pressure in a fast paced, secure environment
- Deep expertise in Windows device enrolment and management using Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and Hybrid Join
- Strong knowledge of identity and device join methodologies, enterprise app registration, and modern authentication flows including SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication
- Proficiency with Autopilot deployment profiles — from User‑Driven and Self‑Deploying to Pre‑Provisioning/White‑Glove
- Solid understanding of drivers, firmware, and OEM provisioning tools such as Lenovo Cloud Build
- Diagnostics and resolution expertise across configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, Windows Update for Business, and endpoint security
