About the role

  • Senior Regional Communications Manager at Severn Trent leading communications for infrastructure projects. Ensuring clear and timely communications to improve customer experience across the Midlands region.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers and communities feel informed, supported during infrastructure work
  • Lead integrated 360° communications campaigns
  • Partner closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, agency colleagues
  • Strengthen forward planning and improve campaign quality
  • Help reduce confusion, prevent escalation, build trust across the region

Requirements

  • Communications professional passionate about improving customer experience
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Comfortable influencing a wide range of teams
  • Ability to anticipate risks and shape the right message
  • Strong character, positivity and empathy
