Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of Managed Services across France and Luxembourg.
Ensure alignment with Group strategy, drive client satisfaction, and lead a high-performing management team to deliver best-in-class services.
Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for Managed Services in France and Luxembourg.
Represent the MS FRALUX organization within the Group and to external stakeholders.
Serve as the final escalation point and arbitrator for major issues (client, operational, or resource conflicts).
Manage the budget and profit & loss account for the MS FRALUX entity.
Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, initiating corrective or continuous improvement actions as needed.
Directly supervise the Managers of Client Delivery Management (CDM) FRA/LUX and Governance & Excellence Manager.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or a similar technology services environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to quickly adjust to changing environments and take on new challenges. Proven experience in leading and supporting organizational change in complex settings.
Capacity to understand, manage, and leverage one’s own emotions and those of others to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and effective leadership.
