Responsibilities
- Lead IT strategies and operations to support seamless merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities in North America
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with Market Integration team’s objectives
- Oversee the engineering, deployment, and operation of critical IT infrastructure systems
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure accountability for all infrastructure-related activities during MA&D
- Ensure operational continuity by proactively identifying and mitigating risks to IT infrastructure during transitions
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain data center resilience
- Oversee resource integration, ensuring alignment of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery to support infrastructure integration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud management, network architecture, and distributed systems
- Expertise in enterprise IT governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation during MA&D
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, security protocols, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX compliance)
- Strong leadership skills

- Expertise in operational continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience planning for IT infrastructure
