About the role

  • Case Manager responsible for managing TANF transitions in Everett, WA. Supporting individuals towards subsidized internships and unsubsidized employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and transitioning individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into subsidized internships and ultimately unsubsidized paid employment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
  • At least one year of social services work experience
  • Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
  • Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
  • Current driver license, car, and car insurance
  • Experience working with diverse populations in a case management setting is preferred.
  • Experience facilitating small groups/classes
  • High-level customer service experience
  • Strong personal/professional boundaries
  • High-level communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
