About the role

  • Digital Trading Manager focused on online sales and trading performance across D2C site and TikTok Shop. Collaborating with various teams to optimize and drive commercial initiatives in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

  • Owning digital trading performance across TikTok Shop and the eCommerce site
  • Driving sales through trading plans, campaigns, and commercial initiatives
  • Planning and executing the trading calendar (launches, promos, seasonal activity)
  • Analysing performance and turning data into clear actions
  • Working closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to align activity
  • Spotting trends (especially across TikTok) and jumping on opportunities early
  • Managing merchandising, product visibility, and onsite experience

Requirements

  • Strong experience in an eCommerce trading role
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets and performance metrics
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
  • An interest in TikTok commerce (hands-on experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Someone proactive, commercial, and happy working in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in beauty, DTC brands, or consumer trends.
