Corporate Benefits Manager leading employee benefits administration for U.S. teams at EVAPCO, Inc. Ensuring compliance, communication, and alignment with company culture and strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage and administer U.S. employee health insurance plans.
Manage and administer U.S. employee leave programs such as short term disability, long term disability, FMLA and ADA leave.
Partner with Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer on the design of employee benefits programs.
Evaluate health insurance plan performance, utilization, and cost trends; develop recommendations for plan design changes and vendor selections.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements pertaining to the management of employee benefits.
Provide support to U.S. Evapco facilities in support of local employee benefits needs.
Oversee annual health insurance renewal processes and open enrollment planning, execution, and communication.
Develop and deliver clear, employee friendly benefits communications and educational materials.
Promote a cooperative and harmonious environment that facilitates positive employee morale, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Routinely answers benefits questions from employees and managers.
Assists with the education of employees on the Evapco Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a related field required.
3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Must possess the ability to understand the relevant people metrics of the business.
Has the ability to coach others and demonstrate genuine care for people, and the company’s culture.
