About the role

  • Freelance Growth & Outbound Lead at AI SaaS startup managing outbound funnel and campaigns. Collaborate with founder on Go-to-Market strategy and scale lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings
  • Conduct qualification calls: 15-minute discovery calls to assess ICP fit
  • Work closely with the founder to refine our ideal customer profile
  • Attend relevant B2B events across the DACH region
  • Track meetings, SQLs, pipeline value, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with clear ownership, resilience, and a hunter mentality
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound
  • Ideally experience at a DACH SaaS scale-up
  • Proven track record building a qualified pipeline from scratch
  • Confident use of modern AI and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication in German
  • Experience in enterprise sales (Heads of Sales, Marketing, Communications, Strategy) or in an AI/SaaS company with a horizontal use case
