About the role

Responsibilities
- Support for IT and digitalization projects in a hospital environment
- Assist in project management by coordinating tasks, preparing documentation and tracking milestones
- Organize and prepare meetings, take minutes and liaise with internal and external project partners
- Assist with collecting, analyzing and visualizing data for process optimization
- Perform administrative tasks and support the team in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business or Social Sciences, Medical Engineering, Medical Informatics or a comparable field
- Initial experience in project management or digitalization projects is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, independent way of working and an interest in the digitalization of healthcare
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
