About the role

  • Conseiller en développement des compétences à Sépaq, travaillant sur la rétention et l'engagement des employés. Contribuant au développement des talents et à l'alignement des compétences avec les objectifs stratégiques.

Responsibilities

  • You play a key role in the development of the organization’s talent.
  • You support managers and teams with their professional development challenges.
  • Participate in implementing innovative and structured practices aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Design and deploy competency profiles.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of succession, mentoring, and talent development programs.
  • Lead major projects in skills development.
  • Advise and support employees and managers in their professional development.
  • Analyze the training and support needs of managers and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, training management, human resources, career counselling, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in competency development and structuring initiatives
  • Strong experience documenting competency profiles and in talent development
  • Comfortable with learning design and management technologies, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Energetic, autonomous, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to organize, structure, and prioritize in a changing environment
