Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training management, human resources, career counselling, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in competency development and structuring initiatives
- Strong experience documenting competency profiles and in talent development
- Comfortable with learning design and management technologies, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Energetic, autonomous, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to organize, structure, and prioritize in a changing environment
