About the role

  • Conseiller commercial pièces et services au sein du Groupe Régis Malclès, spécialisé dans la distribution et l’entretien de véhicules industriels. Engagé dans la commercialisation et la gestion de produits et services associés.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial activities for products and services: All activities involved in completing a sale: - Prospecting, developing and retaining customers, - Selling parts and services, - Selling equipment and ancillary products, - Monitoring deliveries.
  • Activities related to sales management: - Management of consolidated orders, including supplier services - Administrative management of sales activities, including: . Responding to tenders/RFPs, . Managing long-term rental service proposals, . Commercial monitoring of a vehicle fleet, . Maintaining relationships with inspection/control services, - Organizing activities according to the quantitative and qualitative targets set by management, - Preparing sales activity reports, - Participating in the development and implementation of the company's commercial action plan, - Handling complaints (within the scope of received directives), - Applying the company's quality procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales or in the commercial/heavy vehicle industry
  • Knowledge of sales and after-sales/service operations
