Responsibilities
Act in financial planning for the Commercial area, participating in the preparation of the sales and expense budget.
Monitor results (actual vs. planned), analyzing and explaining the main variances in a structured manner.
Develop, consolidate and analyze management reports on commercial and financial performance.
Design and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring quality, reliability and continuous improvement of analyses.
Ensure the flow of information across departments, supporting tactical and strategic decision-making.
Identify financial opportunities and risks, with a focus on cost optimization and performance improvement.
Propose improvements to processes, controls and analyses, bringing greater efficiency and automation to the area.
Work closely with business areas to ensure understanding of the commercial context and support more accurate analyses.
Interact with different departments (Commercial, Finance, and others), ensuring alignment and consistency of information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in data analysis, strategic planning or market intelligence.
Experience in commercial/financial planning areas, including monitoring sales, targets and expense control.
Analytical profile – ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights.
Good communication skills – able to translate complex information for different areas of the company.
Logical reasoning and attention to detail – to analyze reports and identify errors.
