- Further development of planning processes into a driver-model-based planning system
- Act as a sparring partner for management, controlling, accounting and other areas such as HR
- Active member of the finance leadership team
- Initiate process improvements and further develop our digitalization strategy
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Analytics
- At least 5–7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or in a start-up environment
- Deep understanding of finance and reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and financial modelling
- Experience in project management and managing external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to execute
