About the role
- Financial Analyst responsible for accounts receivable and financial reconciliations at RD Saúde. Contributing to financial reporting and organizational procedures.
Responsibilities
- Financial reconciliations of accounts receivable billing, as well as bank settlements.
- Analysis and resolution of financial discrepancies identified in reconciliations.
- Posting accounting entries and monitoring account balances.
- Update and maintain operational reports, controls, and basic process KPIs.
- Preparation of reconciliation and statement reports, ensuring financial and accounting control.
- Communicate with internal and external clients.
- Maintain organization to ensure smooth process flow.
- Follow operational procedures and internal policies, contributing to standardization and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems – SAP.
- Experience in accounts receivable financial routines, such as reconciliations, bank settlements, collections, monitoring KPIs, and report preparation.
- Basic accounting knowledge (provisions, cost allocation, recognition, etc.).
