About the role
- Júnior Payment Analyst responsible for managing judicial payments and related SAP entries at Votorantim's Center of Excellence. Focused on accuracy, reports, and teamwork with legal departments.
Responsibilities
- Lançamentos no SAP (módulo FI): Realizar lançamentos de pagamentos vinculados a processos judiciais, acordos, condenações, custas, honorários de sucumbência, taxas e tributos.
- Gestão de Pagamentos: Efetuar e validar pagamentos processuais e taxas, mantendo a acuracidade dos registros.
- Análise de Comprovantes: Validar e disponibilizar comprovantes de pagamentos nos sistemas correspondentes.
- Relatórios e Acompanhamento: Produzir report de status, realizar follow-up de aprovações e acompanhar e-mails, mantendo comunicação constante com clientes de diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
- Pagamentos Paralegal: Atuar com o módulo MM do SAP, criando pedidos de compra e realizando ajustes de saldo e vencimento de contrato.
Requirements
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com capacidade de interagir com clientes de diferentes áreas.
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes são essenciais para o sucesso na função.
- Conhecimentos em SAP: Módulos FI e MM (desejável, mas não obrigatório).
- Habilidade com Excel e Power BI para análise e elaboração de relatórios.
- Familiaridade com sistemas jurídicos e ServiceNow (desejável, mas não obrigatório).
