Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of a high-impact B2B marketing and communications strategy for Seetec’s commercial services.
Shape go-to-market plans that support lead generation, client retention, referral programmes, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across all commercial service lines.
Design sector-specific strategies tailored to the needs of priority industries.
Oversee the design and execution of employer-focused marketing campaigns.
Develop high-performing campaign assets including thought leadership, email marketing, landing pages, whitepapers, toolkits, videos, and case studies.
Use marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and customer segmentation to deliver personalised and data-driven communications.
Drive Seetec’s visibility in the B2B market through integrated digital campaigns, thought leadership content, PR, events, and public speaking opportunities.
Ensure consistent and credible brand presence across all commercial platforms and marketing materials.
Own and report on all commercial B2B marketing KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, campaign ROI, and retention metrics.
Ensure marketing performance is fully trackable and integrated with CRM, digital dashboards, and sales reporting.
Lead and develop a high-performing B2B marketing team, creating a culture of innovation, accountability, insight-led decision making, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
Proven track record (5+ years) in a senior B2B marketing, communications or commercial strategy role, preferably within training, professional services or HR tech sectors.
Experience delivering successful lead generation, sales conversion, and client retention strategies and campaigns.
Experience with set up and effective use of tools like HubSpot, Zoom Info and Monday as well as the establishing of B2B websites to drive lead conversion.
Experience leading brand development, content marketing, digital performance, and sales enablement for employer audiences.
Familiarity with commercial and funded offers (e.g. apprenticeships, CIAG, business training) and public-private sector crossover.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller, with strong copywriting and messaging development skills.
