About the role

  • QA Specialist responsible for reviewing and auditing auto damage estimates for compliance. Joining Sedgwick, a leading risk and claims administration partner with a caring culture.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and auditing auto damage estimates for both repairable and total loss claims to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines
  • Evaluating estimates prepared by 1099 and staff appraisers, validating estimating practices, documentation, and adherence to established standards
  • Identifying discrepancies, providing quality feedback, and supporting overall estimating integrity across the program
  • Compiling audit results and submitting to manager for review
  • Providing audit results for quarterly stewardship reports
  • Monitoring ongoing action items logs and project plans with appropriate stakeholders
  • Updating vendor resources to mapping program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Four (4) years of investigative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
