About the role

  • Corporate Quality Assurance Manager responsible for leading quality activities at Mondelēz International. Ensuring compliance and implementing quality metrics for successful business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality activities to enable successful execution of the business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Mondelēz policies and procedures
  • Develop and report quality KPIs
  • Facilitate communities of practice on quality related topics
  • Represent the quality function at commercial meetings
  • Identify quality enhancements and improvements across the supply chain
  • Ensure completion of plant investigations and root-cause analysis
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve quality and food safety programs

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in operations, quality, and/or R&D
  • Strong manufacturing quality experience
  • Project management with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Understanding of the commercialization process, product/package development, food safety, and sanitation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coaching/training, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques
  • Experience working with manufacturing sites to ensure compliance to Mondelēz International’s policies and procedures
