About the role

  • Analyze mid- to high-level workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits.
  • Ensure ongoing adjudication in line with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for subrogation and settlement negotiation.
  • Communicate claim status and decisions with claimants and clients.
  • Manage claim resolution, including return-to-work coordination and payment approvals.

Requirements

  • 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
  • California workers compensation claim handling experience required | SIP Preferred
