Responsibilities
Analyze mid- to high-level workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits.
Ensure ongoing adjudication in line with company standards and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for subrogation and settlement negotiation.
Communicate claim status and decisions with claimants and clients.
Manage claim resolution, including return-to-work coordination and payment approvals.
Requirements
4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
California workers compensation claim handling experience required | SIP Preferred
