About the role

  • Functional Architect designing and implementing Recruiting, Talent, and Learning solutions for Workday. Collaborating with teams to enhance employee experience using Workday’s technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable and efficient Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Fix and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation of Workday's processes

Requirements

  • 10+ years delivering large scale consulting engagements with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions
  • 10+ years of validated Workday domain experience
  • Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)
  • Active certification in Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning functional areas is highly preferred
