Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy, framework, and roadmap
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including division and country data leaders
- Collaborate regularly with project stakeholders to identify business needs
- Maintain an up-to-date view of Data Governance activities
- Prepare consistent presentations and communication materials
- Promote understanding and adoption of governance principles through tailored training programs
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, or Metadata Management roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
- Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Data Governance and associated frameworks, methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide governance programs in multinational environments
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO standards)
- Experience with Common Information Model (CIM) design and implementation
- Certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Fluency in English
