Requirements
Requires specialized expertise in process improvement with a nationally-recognized Six Sigma Black Belt (or higher) certification.
Experience with process improvement within the Insurance or Finance industry (preferably 5+ years).
Experience with managing cross-functional teams.
Experience with assessing and improving complex processes within FP&A, risk management, portfolio management and operations.
Familiarity with working with Agile teams, supporting existing and new technologies.
Familiarity with AI principles.
