About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage ATP consoles such as FortiMail and Sophos
- Consolidate status information for managers and executives
- Keep consoles' documentation up to date
- Analyze and propose improvements to the environment
- Handle ATP and firewall incidents and requests on a day-to-day basis
- Participate in meetings with clients or vendors regarding ATP and firewall solutions
- Configure physical and logical interfaces on firewalls, routers, and switches
- Configure advanced static and dynamic routing — OSPF / BGP
- Configure VLANs on routers, switches, and NGFWs
- Configure uplinks, LAGs and STP/RSTP
- Implement layer 2 protections (BPDU Guard, STP Guard, etc.)
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or related IT fields
- Hard Skills: Advanced knowledge of FortiMail; NSE 6 FortiMail or CSS Cloud Sec FortiMail certification is desirable; experience with Sophos ATP and Fortinet firewalls is a plus; NSE4 certification is a plus; experience in implementation and support of network (switch, router, AP) and security (firewall) environments; experience in ATP projects and operations
