Responsibilities
Conceptualize, implement and optimize SEA campaigns (primarily Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook), integrating your clients’ overarching, holistic marketing strategies
Develop comprehensive client strategies focused on customer value (SEA, SEM, Amazon, Social Media and Conversion Rate Optimization)
Manage a fixed portfolio of clients from various industries (B2B, B2C, E‑commerce) and act as their direct point of contact
Set up and configure Google Analytics, GA4 and other tracking tools
Optimize performance KPIs according to client requirements
Conduct competitive and potential analyses
Report agreed performance KPIs to your clients
Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in SEA, ideally complemented by a holistic performance marketing perspective
Structured and self-driven work style with the ability to lead projects independently
Client- and results-oriented approach
Interest in learning about the industries of our clients
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of personal client contact
Team player who is interested in knowledge sharing with colleagues
Fluent German (native / C1) and good business-level English, both written and spoken
Resident in Germany for more than 186 days per year
