Requirements
- Long experience working with Trading products within Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income or similar products.
- Knowledge of Trading applications, Electronic trading, Fix-protocol, Exchange connectivity and similar is meriting**.
- You combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise.
- Knowledge within C++, GO, DevOps and CI/CD is meriting.
- Solid experience in software development and solution design.
- The ability to act as a Tech Lead when needed, guiding the team in technical decisions and ensuring architectural integrity.
- Proven track record of leading in an efficient and agile way.
- Willingness to constantly develop yourself, learn new things, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- A team player attitude and approach, thriving in high-performing teams and enjoying coaching and supporting your surroundings.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English, where you easily visualize your ideas and interact with stakeholders within both Business and IT.
