Responsibilities
Build and grow two brands: the corporate brand Searchperts and the personal brand Damian Zielinski — on LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
Continuously develop Searchperts' positioning, messaging and brand story — ongoing, not a one-off.
Set up and manage a content system: planning, briefing and quality control. Formats: video, pods, posts, comments.
Analyze customer journey, campaign management and account management — and make them more efficient and customer-focused through AI-first processes.
Independently set up and operate automations — using tools such as Claude Cowork, Open CLAW, Make and others.
Identify, test and integrate new AI use cases into day-to-day agency operations.
Act as the interface between executive management, account management and external technology partners.
Requirements
Experience in marketing, brand or business development — ideally with an agency, SaaS or B2B background.
Experience building personal or corporate brands — you know what works and why.
Advanced knowledge of AI tools.
You independently design and implement processes.
You can think analytically and creatively — and actually bring both into execution.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong sense of tone, language and timing.
High level of autonomy.
