About the role

  • Deliver a face-to-face service to support clients across the Highlands Local Authority area.
  • Build rapport and help people understand the benefits they may be entitled to.
  • Provide accurate advice to clients and escalate complex enquiries and complaints when necessary.
  • Treat all clients with dignity, fairness, and respect.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local bodies to continuously improve service quality.
