About the role

  • Client Services Administrator at Attivo fostering relationships with clients and handling inquiries. Supporting Financial Planners and ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support
  • Manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries
  • Facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including Financial Planners, supporting the arrangement of annual client review meetings
  • Support various projects and deliver exceptional levels of customer service to all clients
  • Adhere to FCA compliance, customer risk, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
  • Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately on Intelligent Office and adhere to GDPR
  • Identify new business opportunities using knowledge of Attivo Group products and services
  • Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of business processes and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage
  • A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience
  • An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner
  • Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
