Data entry and verification of data via the Smart Data Solutions QuickClaim interface with a high level of accuracy
Provide exceptional customer service

Complete understanding of business rules
Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures
Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval
Document Processing: Opening, sorting, batching and quality control of documents in a timely manner
Scanner Operating: Scanning, archiving, and quality control of documents
Requirements
