• AI Software Engineer training focusing on product management and engineering with a strong emphasis on AI development and practical experience through mentorship.

Responsibilities

• From developer to co-creator: as AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence on product development grows.
• You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and translate your insights into roadmaps and product-oriented backlogs.
• You develop software that not only works but is well-structured and sustainable long-term—based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns.
• You identify risks associated with AI use, monitor AI decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits and system performance.
• You use modern AI tools to build stable prototypes or complete MVPs, automate testing, and deploy safely.
• You monitor AI decisions—from the quality and compliance with your requirements to observability in live operation.
• You apply AI strategically within the team, develop agents for various tasks and orchestrate their collaboration.
• You automate workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP—for real AI features that add value.
