Responsibilities
- You are responsible for project procurement with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and construction.
- You are fully responsible for independently carrying out the procurement process, from coordinating with project management regarding the specification of services to supplier selection and evaluation.
- Conducting tenders and leading procurement negotiations.
- Preparing award recommendations.
- Providing commercial support for projects, including assisting with defect claims and monitoring warranty obligations.
- Meticulous work in contract management is expected.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on purchasing or supply chain management, or equivalent professional experience.
- A persuasive and communicative personality with a high degree of initiative, teamwork and service orientation.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and in-depth knowledge in project procurement (nice-to-have).
- Strong technical understanding of engineering-related matters.
- Extensive experience with SAP HCM or, ideally, S/4HANA.
- Thorough knowledge of contract law and contract drafting.
- Experience in project management.
