About the role
- Application Operation Manager responsible for the operation of medical software solutions at SCHILLER Schweiz AG. Collaborating on projects and ensuring system reliability in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities

- Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von Software-Installationsprojekten
- Einrichtung und Betreuung von Schnittstellen zu Praxis- und Kliniksystemen (HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML) – insbesondere via MIRTH
- 2nd-Level-Support für interne Teams und Kunden
- Testen, Dokumentieren und Rollout von Software-Updates
- Sicherstellung von Systemdokumentationen , Standards und Richtlinien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Support, Product Management und Kunden
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik , Medizininformatik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Applikationsbetrieb / Software-Umfeld , idealerweise im Medizinalbereich
- Gute Kenntnisse von HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML ; MIRTH von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Umgebungen
- Deutsch und Englisch stilsicher; Französisch schriftlich von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
