Responsibilities

  • Direct service and styling to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment
  • Lead customer experience by providing extraordinary service
  • Teach team to provide a frictionless customer experience utilizing technology
  • Support the Store Manager in curating events and experiences
  • Oversee training, development, and accountability of the CEM program
  • Drive the styling program by empowering team members
  • Assess sales forecasts to optimize peak selling hours
  • Contribute to product flow processes and omni organization
  • Facilitate sharing of product knowledge and store priorities

Requirements

  • Anthro brand fan
  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
  • Proven record of developing great talent
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
