About the role
- Senior Consultant focusing on digitalization and SAP solutions for top public sector clients. Leading projects and teams for process management with significant experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Advising top clients in the public sector (especially universities, large research institutions, and federal/state administrations) on digitalizing their processes and implementing modern SAP solutions (cloud, hybrid, on-premise)
- (Technical) leadership of project teams as sub-project manager / Lead Consultant
- Project work as Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant in process management and process-based implementation of modern SAP S/4HANA solutions following SAP Activate (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize/Test, Deploy, Run)
- Further development of Scheer reference processes in the Public Sector area (Signavio, ARIS)
- Project acquisition (proposal preparation, effort estimation, proposal presentations, etc.)
- Training and coaching of junior colleagues
Requirements
- Practical professional and project experience in the public sector—ideally with universities, large research institutions, and federal/state administrations
- Several years of experience (>5 years) in business/process management
- Solid knowledge of leading modeling tools (Signavio, ARIS)
- University degree in business administration, (business) informatics/computer science, or a comparable field
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills and client orientation
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel
