About the role

  • Conseiller Commercial au sein du GROUPE MAURIN, responsable du développement du portefeuille clients de véhicules d'occasion et de l'analyse des opportunités du marché local.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio for pre-owned vehicles
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate sales terms while respecting commercial margins
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up and maintain a trusting relationship with customers
  • Analyze the local market to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
  • Participate in inventory management and organize showroom presentations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management

Requirements

  • 6 years of professional experience in sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle market
  • Strong results orientation and ability to meet sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and availability for regular travel
