About the role

  • Vendeur de véhicules neufs & occasion au GROUPE MAURIN, leader en distribution automobile en France. Conseiller clients, négocier ventes et assurer suivi administratif des dossiers.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and advise customers on the available vehicle models and ranges
  • Analyze customers' needs to propose appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate sales terms in compliance with the company's pricing policies
  • Handle the administrative follow-up of sales and financing files
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of sales initiatives
  • Contribute to meeting the sales targets set by management
  • Conduct follow-up calls to build customer loyalty
  • Provide after-sales support in collaboration with technical teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' professional experience in automotive sales
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent knowledge of various types of vehicles
  • Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the team
  • Proficiency with computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to change
