About the role

  • Conseiller client après-vente pour Toyota à Vert-Saint-Denis en France. Gestion de la relation client et suivi des réparations au sein de l'atelier.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome customers; provide advice
  • Prepare estimates for repair orders
  • Monitor the progress of work and follow up with customers
  • Handle invoicing, issue and explain invoices, and process customer payments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction according to the group's quality standards
  • Schedule appointments according to the workshop's planning
  • Return the vehicle to the customer

Requirements

  • Experience required in the automotive sector (internal reference: TC2)
