About the role
- Contract Claims Auditor managing contract portfolio and auditing repairs for vehicle maintenance in Milton Keynes. Reviewing estimates and reporting on key customer KPIs with a focus on cost savings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the network’s contract portfolio
- Review and approve vehicle and trailer repair and maintenance estimates
- Compile and report on key customer KPIs
- Analyse repair and maintenance expenditure
- Evaluate scorecards to assess and audit completed repairs
- Use the ticketing system to review and assess high-value requests
