About the role

  • Contract Claims Auditor managing contract portfolio and auditing repairs for vehicle maintenance in Milton Keynes. Reviewing estimates and reporting on key customer KPIs with a focus on cost savings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the network’s contract portfolio
  • Review and approve vehicle and trailer repair and maintenance estimates
  • Compile and report on key customer KPIs
  • Analyse repair and maintenance expenditure
  • Evaluate scorecards to assess and audit completed repairs
  • Use the ticketing system to review and assess high-value requests
