Responsibilities
- Utilize tools like Advanced Excel, Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Power BI to create and manage reports
- Analyze complex data sets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to help drive decision-making
- Develop business reports based on stakeholders' requirements, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and align with business goals
- Ensure that developed solutions (reports, analyses, models) align with business needs and provide value
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and lead projects that involve data analysis and business intelligence
- Present data-driven insights in a clear and effective manner, whether verbally or through written reports
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Data Analyst.
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Experience in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Expertise in working with large-scale datasets, including data mining, analysis, and modelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with Office 365, especially in tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with other productivity and collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff to ensure effective collaboration and retention.
