Responsibilities
Develop merchandising strategy and go-to-market planning for high-priority titles, tentpole events, and platform-wide initiatives.
Curate and package content into themed collections that reflect user interests.
Propose new categories based on trends and audience insights.
Interpret and utilize data for continuous editorial improvements.
Manage and maintain editorial calendars.
Partner with Product and Data Science to inform personalization models and test new recommendation approaches.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
Manage complex workflows across Marketing, Content, and Product stakeholders.
Requirements
4–5 years in content merchandising, editorial strategy, or digital media.
Strong track record of campaign planning, title go-to-market execution, and cross-functional coordination.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and apply insights to improve user experience.
Experience collaborating with technical teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) on workflows, tools, or personalization systems.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven content discovery or demonstrated interest in the space.
