Responsibilities
Recruit and develop a team of commercial managers;
Lead and supervise your team to achieve prospecting targets and growth in VOP (Volume Operated);
Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand the cedent base and create new business opportunities;
Analyze and identify market opportunities, promising segments and new regions for expansion;
Monitor the health of the client portfolio, seeking growth opportunities and risk mitigation;
Be responsible for the performance of the platform's commercial team, tracking targets and results;
Manage and oversee the prospecting process for new cedents and credit approvals with the responsible areas;
Requirements
Proven experience leading commercial teams, preferably in FIDCs and/or business banks.
Must have established relationships with clients in the Ribeirão Preto/SP region.
Strong knowledge of credit products such as receivables financing (anticipation of receivables), escrow accounts and commercial notes.
Ability to develop portfolio growth strategies, prospecting and client retention.
Analytical and strategic profile, with market vision and capability to develop new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Experience implementing platforms is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree completed; active certifications (CPA-20, CEA...)
