Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a team of commercial managers;
- Lead and supervise your team to achieve prospecting targets and growth in VOP (Volume Operated);

- Analyze and identify market opportunities, promising segments and new regions for expansion;
- Monitor the health of the client portfolio, seeking growth opportunities and risk mitigation;

- Manage and oversee the prospecting process for new cedents and credit approvals with the responsible areas;
Requirements
- Proven experience leading commercial teams, preferably in FIDCs and/or business banks.
- Must have established relationships with clients in the Ribeirão Preto/SP region.
- Strong knowledge of credit products such as receivables financing (anticipation of receivables), escrow accounts and commercial notes.
- Ability to develop portfolio growth strategies, prospecting and client retention.
- Analytical and strategic profile, with market vision and capability to develop new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience implementing platforms is desirable.
