About the role

  • Regional Manager overseeing commercial strategies and team performance at financial services company. Focused on client relations and market opportunities in Campinas/SP.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop a team of commercial managers;
  • Lead and supervise your team to achieve prospecting targets and growth in VOP (Operated Volume);
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase the base of originators and create new business opportunities;
  • Analyze and identify market opportunities, promising segments, and new regions for expansion;
  • Monitor the health of the client portfolio, seeking growth opportunities and mitigating risks;
  • Be responsible for the performance of the platform's commercial team, tracking goals and results;
  • Manage and oversee the prospecting process for new originators and coordinate credit approvals with the responsible areas;

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading commercial teams, preferably in FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds) and/or commercial banking.
  • Must have established relationships with clients in the Campinas/SP region.
  • Solid knowledge of credit products such as receivables financing/advances, escrow accounts, and commercial paper.
  • Ability to develop portfolio growth strategies, prospecting, and client retention.
  • Analytical and strategic profile, with market insight and the ability to develop new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Experience implementing platforms is desirable.
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) and active certifications (CPA-20, CEA...);
