Responsibilities
Recruit and develop a team of commercial managers;
Lead and supervise your team to achieve prospecting targets and growth in VOP (Operated Volume);
Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase the base of originators and create new business opportunities;
Analyze and identify market opportunities, promising segments, and new regions for expansion;
Monitor the health of the client portfolio, seeking growth opportunities and mitigating risks;
Be responsible for the performance of the platform's commercial team, tracking goals and results;
Manage and oversee the prospecting process for new originators and coordinate credit approvals with the responsible areas;
Requirements
Proven experience leading commercial teams, preferably in FIDCs (Receivables Investment Funds) and/or commercial banking.
Must have established relationships with clients in the Campinas/SP region.
Solid knowledge of credit products such as receivables financing/advances, escrow accounts, and commercial paper.
Ability to develop portfolio growth strategies, prospecting, and client retention.
Analytical and strategic profile, with market insight and the ability to develop new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Experience implementing platforms is desirable.
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) and active certifications (CPA-20, CEA...);
