Advise business units and subsidiaries on insurance matters
Handle insurance-related contractual obligations
Create and maintain statistics on insurance coverage, premiums, deductibles, etc.
Manage claims across various insurance lines in coordination with the insurance broker
Organize and document meetings on various topics
Review premium invoices and arrange payments
Participate in annual meetings with insurance brokers and subsidiaries (including international)
Requirements
Completed vocational training in insurance, general commercial training, or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
Proactive and service-oriented working style
Strong numerical aptitude
Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused behavior
Resilience and effective time and deadline management
Fluent written and spoken English and German
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approx. 5%)
