About the role

  • Vehicle Electronics Engineer designing and integrating advanced electronic systems for military and commercial vehicles. Contributing to national security and innovation through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of designing and integrating advanced electronic systems into military and commercial vehicles
  • Bring innovation to life and ensuring mission-critical performance
  • Designing and developing electronic systems for a range of vehicles
  • Integrating components and systems into vehicle platforms
  • Preparing detailed technical documentation and specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and military standards
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems
  • Familiarity with CAN Bus, Ethernet, and other vehicle communication protocols
  • Knowledge of 230V, 24V, and 12V system design and integration
  • Understanding of Military Standards (preferred)
  • Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic or related Engineering discipline
  • Ideally working towards professional membership with a recognised engineering institution
