About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end global logistics flows for the Baltica 2 project
- Advise contract managers on optimal and compliant transportation of components
- Act as the main point of contact for import and customs matters
- Review and validate transport and customs documentation
- Identify risks, delays, and non-compliant processes pro-actively
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and project teams
Requirements
- Solid experience in logistics, shipping, and customs coordination
- Strong understanding of EU and Polish customs processes
- Ability to work independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international supply chains, preferably in complex or project-based environment
