Responsibilities
- ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for your Business Unit, including controlling consolidated Group numbers for internal stakeholders
- performing technical accounting controlling, primarily under IFRS
- planning and managing Business Unit audits and maintaining close dialogue with external auditors
- driving continuous improvements to ensure efficient and compliant processes and controls
- implementing standard processes and strengthening the Controlling Framework
- acting as a trusted collaborator for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- hold a master’s degree or equivalent in auditing
- solid experience in auditing and financial controlling in an international setting
- deep knowledge of IFRS and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- demonstrate a proactive approach, possess strong analytical abilities, and exhibit a collaborative attitude
- independent, responsible, and results oriented
- possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- fluent in English, both written and spoken.
