About the role
- Team Lead for Finance Shared Service Center at SAP Fioneer, directing finance operations and building a high-performing team. Overseeing transformation in finance processes and service delivery for JAPAC and MEA regions.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be at the forefront of a strategic transformation.
- You’ll build and lead our finance operations hub from the ground up, shaping processes, recruiting top talents, and delivering exceptional service to our global teams.
- Lead the setup of our Finance SSC that supports our operations in JAPAC and MEA from process design to service delivery and governance.
- Define the SSC’s operating model, performance metrics, and roadmap in alignment with SAP Fioneer’s global strategy.
- Drive the transition of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) into the SSC with precision and care, utilize AI Agents to build actionable use cases.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
- Create a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement standardized, scalable processes with strong controls and automation.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-tier service delivery and compliance.
- Build strong relationships across regions and functions. Communicate progress, challenges, and wins to senior leadership.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or global process ownership.
- Proven success in setting up or scaling finance SSCs in a multinational environment.
- Deep knowledge of finance processes and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the software or financial services industry is a big plus.
